Encryption
What's end-to-end encrypted.
End-to-end encrypted means a message is locked on your device and only unlocked on the other person's. The server stores it but can't read it.

When you create a channel, you choose whether it's encrypted. Encrypted channels change their keys whenever someone is removed, so people who leave can't read new messages.

It's what unlocks your encrypted messages on a new device. Nobody can reset it for you, not even the people who run your node.

Blocking that actually blocks
A blocked person can't DM you, call you or send you a friend request, even from another node.

Choose who can DM you or send friend requests. Messages from people you don't know land in Message Requests.
Take your data, or delete it
Export your account's data whenever you like. Delete your account and the deletion is passed on to the other nodes that held your messages.
